beautiful 2011 april - august

april 1, 2011 :: at the farm

Part two, of what shouldn't take me three whole posts but I am finding it hard to choose photos . . DO go back and see Shari's second and last post as it is positively swoony-- her photos just rock my world. (do note: SHE managed to do it in just two and she has 80 zillion gorgeous photos to choose from so clearly I need to learn from her in the editing department, ahem).

Oh, but wait, before I plunge back into the snowy tundra which I promise you l.i.t.e.r.a.l.l.y. came up to my thighs for some weeks-- I wanted to answer Bridgmor's question.

Do I miss the farm?

Before I moved, I imagined that I would die from missing it because when I was there I loved it so-- but I think I lived fully in it and now I am here and fully in this world and am loving it-- loving it-- so, I guess-- the answer is no. But, I do look forward to trips back there when I can and will cherish them, for sure.

Okay-- diving in to the wintry drifts . . . sliding across the mud.

  4. One of my fever dreams this week was set in Providence. I was there once, a million years ago, with a boy I loved. I looked for you in the dream, but the sun kept dazzling my eyes.
