Yes, I am home.

Yes, light is flooding into this place in the sweetest, most welcoming embrace.

Yes, when I first got here, something (er, someone, somebodies) was/were missing.

Thanks to Dave who saved me a six hour round-trip and brought the wildebeasts down to Boston yesterday afternoon-- my pups are now on either side of me and all is well in the kingdom.

This morning we headed out for a walk in the beauty of this autumn day (note to October: thank you so much for saving me a glimpse of the turning leaves-- I would have been sad to miss them).

On the agenda for this week: walking, sleeping, remembering, grounding.

  11. As it happens I-we-live in 2 places. A home in the woods and one in a town. Right now I long and need to be in the woods; but, the calendar won't let it happen yet. And once there I want to do as you plan--sleep, rest and sink into the fall.
